Our second set-up day was busier than the first one! The kitchen crew arrived with the first load of groceries to feed all the hungry visitors when the show opens on Friday. The dining room tables were cleaned and decorated with table runners.The quilts arrived, and were hung in place in the morning. The afternoon was spent making sure all the quilts were hung at the correct height, and level as well. The judges arrived just before 5 pm, and were making their rounds of all the quilts, taking notes etc.
I'm looking forward to see the ribbons on the winning quilts tomorrow!
The boutique crew had a busy time, sorting through all the lovely items that will be for sale over the next 3 days. The tables are full, and there are quilts hung around the perimeter of the room as well.
The vendors started arriving and were busy setting up their booths with lots of lovely items too!
