Another Small Quilt Finish

I finished my third "panel" quilt project.  I found the panel online a couple of years ago, then later discovered 2 more fabrics of the same line, in a clearance sale.  I used one for some additional borders, and the other made great binding.

 I had fun quilting sun rays in the sky and bubbles in the water.

 I just happened to have this wonderful  fishy flannel in my stash, so it made a wonderful combination.  One more quilt in the finished list!
